Physical Education at Anglo-Chinese Junior College is built on the college’s belief in providing a holistic education program, where students will be prepared for life after College through a curriculum aimed at achieving academic excellence and physical well-being.
 
ACJC’s Physical Education program seeks to develop specific knowledge, skills and understanding and to promote physical competence and health. Students will be prepared for life beyond the college years, where valuable outcomes acquired now, will continue to shape personal beliefs in maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle. Set within the backdrop of remarkable facilities, students will benefit from an exciting curriculum that provides opportunities to develop character and ruggedness of body and spirit.
 


This curriculum includes a spectrum of activities, taught in modules ranging from games to aquatic activities, outdoor and movement education as well as developing the competence to design a personal fitness program. The needs of students have always been considered, and this has shaped the revisions and the introduction of many new modules every year to maintain relevance and encourage participation
 
The college provides opportunities for participation in sports at the recreational and competitive levels. Students learn vital skills, honing their fitness, developing team spirit and sportsmanship.
