ACJC Uniform and Grooming Matters

1. All students must wear the prescribed College uniform in College and at all official College functions and activities.
2. Modification of the uniform is not allowed.
3. Uniforms for all students will be as follows:-
   1. Boys - White shirt and navy blue trousers straight-cut, in accordance with the approved style shown in figure, white socks and white low-cut sport shoes with little markings and white shoe laces.
   2. Girls - White blouse with short sleeves, navy blue knee-length skirt, A-line; not more than 2cm above kneecap; approved style shown in figure, ankle-length white socks and white low cut, sports shoes with little markings and white shoe laces.
   3. Shirt/blouse must always be tucked-in.
4. All boys must keep their hair neat and tidy with a slope at the rear from the natural hair line with no side-burn/duck tail.  Boys are not allowed to keep a moustache or a beard.  
5. All girls must keep hair neat and simple. Long hair must be plaited or tied up. Hair accessories must not be conspicuous.
6. Dyed or highlighted hair is not allowed for both boys and girls.
7. No ornament or jewelry is allowed for both boys and girls. Only one pair of small, plain and simple ear-studs is allowed for girls.
8. No student is allowed any personal adornment which does not serve an immediate and prescribed functional purpose.
9. Students are only allowed to wear any one of the following:
       a. ACJC pullover
       b. ACJC CCA jacket
       c. Plain (no markings and prints) jacket/ sweater/ pullover in dark blue, dark
           red or black only.
