Collection of 'A' level Certificate and School Graduation Certificate
To all 2009 ACJC graduates:
Your A Level Certificate and School Graduation Certificate are ready for collection.
Please collect your certificates in person, from the ACJC General Office at these times:
Monday - Friday : 8.30am to 5.30pm
You must bring along your NRIC / FIN Identification Card to verify your identity.
If you are unable to collect your certificates personally, you may authorize either your immediate family members, official guardians or local sponsors (in the case of foreign students) by duly completing the attached letter of authorisation.
An administrative fee of $10.00 will be imposed for collection of the certificates after 10 August 2010.
