Collection of 'A' level Certificate and School Graduation Certificate
To all 2011 ACJC graduates:
Your A-Level Certificate and School Graduation Certificate are ready for collection.
Please collect in person from ACJC General Office from Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm by 31st July 2012. You must bring along your NRIC / FIN Identification Card.
If you are unable to collect your certificates personally, you may authorise only immediate family member, official guardian or local sponsor (in case of foreign students) by duly completing the letter of authorisation.
An administrative fee of $10.00 will be imposed for collection of the certificates after 31 July 2012.
