Collection of 'A' level Certificate and School Graduation Certificate
To all 2008 ACJC graduates:
Your A Level Certificate and School Graduation Certificate are ready for collection.
Please collect in person from ACJC General Office from Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm by 17 July 2009. You must bring along your NRIC / FIN Identification Card.
If you have travelled to any H1N1 affected countries, pls collect the
certificates 7 days after you return to Singapore.
If you are unable to collect your certificates personally, you may authorise only immediate family member, official guardian or local sponsor (in case of foreign students) by duly completing the letter of authorisation.
An administrative fee of $10.00 will be imposed for collection of the certificates after 17 July 2009.
