The two hour slots are allocated back-to-back in order to facilitate as many slots as possible each day.
ACJC will therefore require your full cooperation to be on time for your rehearsal slot, and to leave promptly before or at the end of your rehearsal slot so as to facilitate a smooth transition for the next performing group.
Other details such as pick-up/drop-off locations for students and equipment, site plan (stage layout and dressing room) will be communicated during the SYF briefing held on 3rd March 2010.
