The Sporting Singapore Inspiration Awards aims to honour individuals and organizations for their exemplary contribution towards sports promotion in Singapore, and for demonstrating passion and commitment in nurturing a sporting culture in the community, thereby bringing Singapore one step closer towards becoming a sporting nation.

The Award winners are seen as community role models who inspire and motivate others to achieve greater heights in sports. They help create opportunities and platforms for sporting activities, connect with the community through sports, and celebrate the triumph of the human spirit through sports.

The College has a fine tradition of producing talented athletes, as well as coaches who nurture the right attitude and spirit for sports. The dedicated external coaches for bowling, canoeing, cross country and netball among other sports, were handpicked by the institution to groom the young athletes. For students who are heavily involved in sports competitions and training sessions, the CCA Peak Season Recovery Programme has been specially put in place for them. This makes it easier for the students to cope with their academic workload, without sacrificing their passion and drive to excel in sports.

Indeed, the efforts of students, teachers and coaches have enabled ACJC to clinch the Silver Award under the category of Educational Institutions!
